The Turner Village Hospital site is an underused area of land located close to Colchester’s town centre and rail station. Our master plan seeks to maximise the development potential of the site by creating an imaginative and innovative design that takes advantage of the unique opportunities that the site offers. The scheme proposes 420 homes in total. Of these 25% will be affordable tenures, fully integrated into the scheme and indistinguishable externally from the remainder of the scheme.
