Woods Hardwick was commissioned by St, James Homes to develop the detailed design and optimisation of a residential scheme comprising 110 apartments in 4 blocks. The scheme design takes two forms with 3 blocks being formed over undercroft/basement car parking rising to 5 storeys above a podium terrace area. One of the blocks of apartments being more traditional 3/5 storey construction with ground level car parking to the rear.
