The client’s brief was to create a mix of flats and houses, which would offer the opportunity of unique town centre living in an attractive Cambridgeshire market town. Located within both the town centre and Conservation Area, the development has made best use of what was an underused and undervalued site. Carefully considered urban design and high quality architectural detailing means that an extremely attractive development was created.
