Project Information

This challenging project, which lies partially within the St. Neots Conservation Area, had lain vacant for over 20 years prior to Woods Hardwick’s involvement. Despite being located on the edge of the town centre, the site is characterised by a good level of mature tree planting giving it a uniquely attractive setting. The architectural detailing of the buildings compliments that of St. Neots historic vernacular. The carefully considered urban design of the development underlines the innovative approach that was taken to ensure the buildings sit comfortably with the existing landscape.
