The scheme situated on the northern boundary of Milton Keynes was designed for the Milton Keynes based Housing Association “Midsummer”. Consisting of 101 units, a mixture of houses, flats and bungalows the “ shared ownership” and “ for rent” scheme was set a tight budget and build programme as well as the stringent requirement of achieving an Eco Homes rating of Very Good.
