Comprising of a large Local Plan allocation, the 3 phase development of Barford Road, Eynesbury consists of 547 no. 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Prior to Woods Hardwickâs involvement, only an outline Development Brief had been prepared for the site. Once engaged on the project, Woods Hardwick elaborated upon the Development Brief to create a full working brief and a design concept for the whole of the site.
