The Greenland Avenue site is located on the edge of the historic market town of Wymondham in Norfolk. The site extends to 13.93 hectares and forms an important transition between town and country. From the outset, it was extremely important that the scheme would have to successfully reflect the positive aspects of the local urban morphology and vernacular.
