Norse Road, Bedford

Comprising a large Local Plan allocation, this intelligently designed development for three housing developers responds to the new emphasis placed on increasing the standards of residential design. Located on the northern edge of Bedford, key views to nearby Renhold Church had to be protected, which helped to define the overall development form.
