This challenging project, which lies partially within the St. Neots Conservation Area, had lain vacant for over 20 years prior to Woods Hardwick’s involvement. Despite laying on the edge of the town centre, the site is characterised by a good level of mature tree planting giving it a uniquely attractive setting.
