Project Information
Particular emphasis for the design of this building was placed upon high energy efficiency and sustainability, with the building achieving a 'Excellent' BREEAM rating. This office building was one of the first office buildings in Milton Keynes to achieve an Excellent rating. In 2010 The Partis Office Building was also shortlisted for national BCO and RICS awards. Key features of the buildings include a light and spacious reception adjacent to a structurally glazed atrium accommodating office and café space. Open plan and cellular office spaces have been arranged to maximise use of natural daylight and ventilation.
