This purpose built warehouse and office facility for international toy and model distribution the Hobby Company is set within Knowlhill Energy Park next to a man made lake feature. The brief demanded a modern design response to create an industrial high tech solution. The building achieves a ‘very good’ BREEAM rating and architecturally is clad in micro profile metal cladding with full height glazed walls with external feature brise soleil.
