Waltham Park
Project Information
Woods Hardwick were commissioned by The Kier Group as the lead infrastructure consultant on the Waltham Park development. The scheme consisted of a major housing and employment site which was accessed via a new road linking the M25 junction 26 with the High Bridge Street, Waltham Abbey. This new road not only provided access to the development but it also formed a bypass to Waltham Abbey and was classified as the A121 upon completion. The road was approximately 4km long and it incorporated 2 new roundabouts, 3 new structures, a signalised junction and an interface with the M25 motorway.
