Project Information
Woods Hardwick were commissioned jointly by Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes as the lead infrastructure consultant on this joint venture scheme. The development is located to the south of Stotfold village in Central Bedfordshire immediately adjacent to the A507. The scheme consists of 650 new dwellings, employment sites, community facilities and a new school. There is also extensive areas of public open space which includes a linear park centred on a new flood relief channel for Pix Brook.
