Project Information
With a consortium of major house builders comprising Connolly Homes, Twigden Homes and Persimmon Homes, Woods Hardwick were employed to review all infrastructure constraints on the land at the edge of Bedford. The presence of Renhold Brook was a major consideration and the flood plain limits were determined using River Modeling techniques to achieve an approved development that was agreed with the Bedfordshire and River Ivel Internal Drainage Board.
