Turner rise, Colchester

Woods Hardwick were responsible for all stages of the Non-Food scheme which formed part of the Turner Rise redevelopment within Colchester, Essex. The site layout was developed to provide maximum impact from the adjacent road network and provide a cohesive layout with the adjacent Asda store, whilst sensitively respecting stringent planning constraints imposed by the proximity of elevated residential areas and nature park.
