Interchange Retail Park, Bedford

Woods Hardwick were involved in the scheme from project inception through feasilibility, planning and construction. The site layout developed as a response to maximise visual impact of the building facade from the surrounding road network, whilst providing clearly defined service and customer parking areas. Balancing lagoons were incorporated in the surrounding landscape to provide and attractive setting.
