After running his own practise David worked for ten years at a major award-winning residential practise leading to promotion to Associate Director. In joining Woods Hardwick in 2010 he has added his extensive experience in many housing sectors including private and affordable housing, estate regeneration, care homes and low energy solutions. He has delivered numerous large and complex housing schemes locally in Milton Keynes, Cambourne and Northamptonshire, with a mixed- use scheme at Broughton Atterbury being the first to achieve ‘Eco–Excellent.’ David has therefore acquired a broad planning and technical skills base to deliver housing projects efficiently and economically to a high quality standard.
