Civil Engineering Department

SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERS / ASSOCIATES (BEDFORD AND BIRMINGHAM)
Degree Qualified, ideally Chartered
Minimum of 5 years post-Graduation experience in Residential Housing market
Good communication and management skills
Experience of on-plot private engineering essential
Infrastructure Design, S38, S104, S278
Competent in Microdrainage and PDS
High level of Technical skills
Challenging work from concept design, liaising with 3rd parties / Clients and producing detailed designs to tight deadlines and budgets

Structural Department

CAD TECHNICIAN (BEDFORD)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building structures drafting.
Knowledge of all common construction materials.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
Preparing drawings in AutoCAD 2D based on directions from engineers.
Managing incoming and outgoing drawing issues and other documents.
Work will include both building structures and civil engineering structures such as retaining walls and landscape structures.
Ideally (depending on ability and experience) assisting engineers with design calculations, carrying out structural calculations, knowledge of TEDDS and experience of housing developments.

Commercial Department

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST / ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT (BEDFORD)
Part 1 - 2 RIBA Qualified or CIAT with minimum 5 years + post qualification experience.
Commercial architectural experience with a focus or interest on retail, education, offices, mixed use residential, warehousing or industrial architecture, modular care facilities and high end luxury retail fit out.
Project running skills are essential as is the ability to fit into a team, or work individually as the project requires.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3-D modelling software is essential.
Portfolio must display strong design and interior architecture skills.
A solid technical background is essential and experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications would be a benefit.
Knowledge of Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop and supplementary presentation software packages are also beneficial.
Must be an effective communicator, be willing to develop within the company framework and be able to establish and maintain Client relationships.
Full UK Driving Licence is required and the candidate must be willing to travel if the project requires.
